Because we are a small company we can offer a fast, efficient and personal service. We will guarantee to have absolutely every single title in stock at any one time. We ensure that all orders are dispatched very quickly - our growing number of customers all over the world will vouch for this.
Ordering
Please allow FIVE to SEVEN working days for your order to reach you, although we aim to dispatch your order much faster than this, please be patient at busy times. This includes PDF scores and parts.

Normal business hours are 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If calling outside of these times you will be connected with our answering machine, which will record any urgent orders or messages that you may have.

Returns
Returns are not accepted unless by specific arrangement. Please call first. Any queries relating to your delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt. We are currently working to give you as much information about each title on our website before you purchase. Because of Copyright Laws and Distance Selling Laws, we do not supply music to anyone on a sale or return basis. Please ensure that you have quoted the correct arranger of the title you require, as a significant number of titles in our catalogue now have multiple arrangements made of them.
Payment
The fastest way to get your music despatched as quickly as possible is to pay by Credit or Debit Card via our web site. To account customers (Schools, Colleges, Universities and the Armed Forces who send us requisitions), we send our invoice with your order. In return we must have payment within fourteen days by bank transfer. Our bank details will be on the invoice supplied to you with your music. Account customers who repeatedly fail to pay within fourteen days will be asked to pay all future orders IN ADVANCE.
New Customers
We are anxious to provide both our existing customers and new customers with music as quickly as possible. However we must ask all new customers for payment with order. If you want the fastest service possible, quote your credit card number when ordering. We are of course happy to accept official orders from educational establishments and the Armed Services.
Overseas Customers
To our ever-increasing number of overseas customers, literally from every part of the world, we ask you to pay by CREDIT CARD via our web site or by bank transfer - it guarantees you the fastest service!. If you want to pay by bank transfer please give us a call or drop us an e mail and we will advise the bank account to send the money to.
Postage & Packing
This is added to each order, and charged at cost price. We have a minimum Postage & Packing charge of £7.50 on any one order. UK Customs & Excise require us to charge VAT on only the Packaging element of each order.
Music is currently VAT free within the UK.
Web Prices
Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior notice, however please take the time to read the following.
We do try to keep all our web prices very accurate, but price differences can and do happen. New stock can come in with a price increase. When this is the case, we will always inform you first.
Spare Part Availability
Some publishers do and some don't! Supplying spare parts in our experience is not a priority even with most of the publishing houses who do. The message here is, when ordering spare parts please be patient! Cost for spare parts is a minimum of £8 per part, and with some pieces significantly more!

At Cantatio Publishing your privacy is a priority.
We do not sell or exchange customer information with anyone else. We have established procedures to protect your privacy – and we uphold them vigorously.
Customer information is gathered so we can serve you better.
We make every effort to ensure its security and to treat your information responsibly. We do not keep credit card details on file. Your order history information is maintained in order to service your account.
Credit card transactions are subject to routine searches from time to time.
